Hokkien Sotong Noodle

In Singapore somehow this Hokkien sotong noodle quietly appeared  in the 70s, first on the roadside stalls when wayang (opera) show was taking place.

The 60s opei-leaf Hokkien soupy noodle with longish clams (extinct now) prepared on charcoals slowly disappeared. Let me know if you still can find it in Singapore or Malaysia.
