炒兴化米粉 – Fried XingHua Rice Vermicelli

秘诀:
1 兴化米粉不用浸水
2 下锅次序:[大火]热锅 ->加油 (看到泡泡) -> 猪肉..虾..蛤 ..大白菜 …葱油 -> 盖锅煮数分钟, 至蛤开口熟了 -> 加米粉 -> 青菜 (Bak Choy) -> [转小火]盖锅焖, 收干。
3 煮青菜时, 滴上几滴油, 菜叶翠绿, 不黄。
