鲍鱼种类:
1 墨西哥 / 南非: 品质最好, 细滑柔嫩。
2 澳洲: 偏甜
3 中国: 较生硬

最佳烹调方法: 焖 (Stew)

罐头鲍鱼DIY: 开罐后切片就可吃。

吃火鍋时: 只需要把鲍鱼放进汤内灼一下即可, 千万不要在汤内浸泡, 这样会使肉质变硬难嚼, 也失去鲜味。
