快熟面:
– 用 >70C的烧水川汤(blanch)溶解干面的油和蜡。水丢掉。
– 重新煮另一锅水。 待水滚后, 才加入面。

不要用包装里的调味料。自配健康的酱料:
Throw away the powder packages, prepare the following easy home-made sauce:

酱料 :
鱼露 1/2 茶匙
黑醋 1 茶匙
江鱼仔上汤 1-2 茶匙
叁芭辣椒酱/番茄汁 1 汤匙
(猪渣 1 茶匙)
猪油/葱油 1 茶匙

Home-made Sauce (per serving):

To add vegetables in the instant noodle, use frozen vegetables if no fresh one available:
