Learn from this smart nutritionist lady how to make stock. She starts from the neutral and delicate French stock, which you could customize to Chinese ( + 八角 star anise, 绍兴酒 shaoxing wine) or Thai (+ 香茅 lemongrass, 柠檬叶 lemon leaf) stock.

Bouquet garni: 3 herbs 洋香菜 (Parsley), 百里香 (Thyme) , 月桂叶 (香叶 Bay Leaf).
(Ratio 2:1:1 in above order).
