French Cheese Camembert 卡门贝尔乳酪

It was served in the French university restaurants during 80s. Not strong fromage (cheese) for someone new to cheese to accept the taste. It is ok to peel off the hard white skin, eat only the creamy cheese. I like to spread it inside a croissant or baguette, then toast them for 5 minutes. Cheese is good for brain power if you use your brain too much.
