Air Fryer: 蜜汁叉烧肉 Honey Char Siew

This is the simplest recipe with least ingredients and less fat (用瘦肉, 不用五花肉, 或 ‘梅'(枚)花肉=上肩肉).

Preparation time is longer (24 hours marinade seasoning 腌肉 in fridge).

Cooking time (Air-fryer): 20 minutes (180 C, pre-heat 5 mins. )
