Chitatouille (一大堆)

A Hokkien-French Fusion Soup (recipe invented on 25/5/2014)

Ingredients:
White Cabbage 高丽菜, 1/4 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Cucumber 1/2 pc (or Green Zucchini)
Celery
Tomato 1 pc
Ham 1 pc
Doufu 1 pc

Seasoning:
Black pepper
Garlic
Onions
Coriander 芫荽 (or Parsley 香芹)
Chicken stock 鸡高汤, 1 tsp (一茶匙)
Shaoxing wine 绍兴酒 1 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Olive Oil 1 tsp
Salt (* add last before serving)

Method:
1. Use Electric Lunchbox (external water: 2 measurement cups)
2. Put all ingredients in the inner bowl, add seasoning.
3. Steam for 30 mins.
4. Garnish with coriander.
5. Serve with crackers.
