煎魚不破皮的秘訣

秘訣
1 热锅
2 加够油
3 撒盐
4 从锅边徐徐放鱼才不喷油
5 转小火 (可盖锅闷熟)
6 不急翻鱼 (等 2-3分钟才翻)。
