香茅青苹果鱼头汤 Lemongrass, Green Apple double-boiled Fish Head

材料:
(石斑Grouper) 鱼头 300
香茅 5 条
青苹果 2 粒
姜 4 片
枸杞 少许
冬菇 4 朵 (浸软)

1. 鱼头斩块,油七成热,炸至金黄色,捞起沥干。

2. 所有洗净材料入炖盅double boiler 内,注入适量沸水,加少许鸡精粉,小火炖2.5 hours.

3. 加盐调味, 趁热喝。
