牛蒡木耳汤 Burdock Black Fungus Soup

Burdock 牛蒡 100g
Black Fungus 黑木耳  20g
Shitake Mushroom 30g
Carrot 50g
Tomato 50g

Steps:

1. Wash, rinse, soak and cut into slice all ingredients.

2. Simmer in a pot with 800 cc water over low heat for 1 hour.

3. Add seasoning, ready to serve.
