Frozen Vegetables

We all know it is good to eat vegetables, but they don’t stay fresh in fridge for weeks after purchase from supermarkets.

The alternative is the frozen vegetables which can be stored for 1 year, be consumed in small portions without the hassles of washing, pealing and cutting.

When making a quick Instant noodle, add some frozen vegetables (before that, just defrost them a little while in a cup of room- temperature water) – prompto! you have a healthy instant meal rich in Vitamins.
