我在法国留学时就是从傅培梅的菜谱(上,下冊)啟䝉, 照图谱学煮1981除夕大餐给30新法同学: eg. 醉鸡, 醉虾… 猪脚醋 (法国朋友帮刮猪毛, 偷偷用他平时用的剔胡须刀, 吃的人都不知道)。
