靜坐的好处

靜坐最重要: 病是心,灵 (忧虑, 心理压力, 七情六欲)出问题产生。 靜坐能去杂念, 减压, 掏空心思烦恼, 净化心灵。

所谓”做功课”就是”靜坐”也。
