阿基師 NT$59 (S$2.5)出好菜 : 酸辣汤  

Tips:
1. 酸味: 用白醋 (比黑醋酸)
2. 炒香红萝卜, 木耳等材料
3. 蛋花: (蛋+白醋) 才不会水水
4. 猪肉丝: 加一点蛋嫰化肉。盐不可多 (以免逼肉出水而肉质变涩)。
