How to Sear Scallops

Scallop 扇贝 (fresh or frozen)
Sear 焦黄

Tips:
1. Each side of scallop sear for 2~3 minutes, before turn side.

2. Use white wine or chinese rice wine (Shaoxing 绍兴酒, etc)

3. Use butter or vegetable oil.

4. Herb (parsley, coriander, basil, etc).
