海南雞三吃

异国台湾味之新加坡海南鸡三吃法。

全鸡一只: 水沸, 鸡胸朝上, 煮熟 [验: 插筷子入鸡大腿, 无血水]

泰国香(长)米: 浸水20分钟。炒香 (鸡屁股油, 香茅, 姜片, 蒜粒)。
