隔夜食物不健康

省錢省時煮三餐, 小心全家省出病 :

♢隔夜饭, 菜, 肉, 卤汤, 加热/重烤多天, 化学变化 (NaNO2), 致癌, 硬化血管, 细菌中毒。
♢最好不要超过一日, 加葱/蒜煮, 可减轻氧化胆固醇, 保护血管。
♢ 冰橱不保细菌不生。

Notes:

♧化学变化 (NaNO2 有害的亚硝酸盐)。

♧ The aquarium water if never change water for > 1 month, fish wastes in tank will convert to NaNO2, all fishes will die suddenly.

♧ Automatic re-boiling keep warm thermopot also boils water many times, convert to cancerous NaNO2 in drinking water.
