材料:
鸡腿
马铃薯
咖喱香料汁 (市场买现成包装)

简化步骤: (改良video版)
♢鸡腿肉切三刀
♢鸡腿皮向下, 两边各煎3分钟 (盖锅, 防鸡肉油喷)
♢放鸡腿, 马铃薯入锅 , 倒咖喱香料汁在鸡腿上面, 水蒸30分钟
♢ 勾芡: 压马铃薯成溶稠狀
