台湾的焢肉饭(\kong-ba png)出名, 也是新加坡福建人阿嫲煮的家常饭 (不加海带, 有豆卜)。

Note: 水不要完全盖过焢肉, 肉出一点水面, 焢肉才会Q弹不太烂。
