One Cup-Cake Size

Italian Meringue (蛋酥):
◇ 180 gm of fine sugar with100 cc water (few drops of lemon). Boil for 3 to 4 mins.
◇ 3 egg whites.

8-inch Cake Size

[Skip the cake making if you wish. Buy ready-made 8-inch cake.]

◇ Meringue: 8 egg whites. 1 cup of sugar. Few drops of lemon.

◇ Oven pre-heated at 200 C (425 F). Then bake for 8 – 10 mins until meringue turns slight brown.
