阿基師食譜 紹興醉蝦

秘诀: 

1. 虾 入水( 除腥味: + 柠檬5片 + 2 大匙盐巴), 煮滚后马上熄火,焖 1分钟;

2. 捞起, 浸在 (300cc 绍兴 /花雕 酒 +300cc 水+  200 cc 冰块 + 5大 匙 鱼露 + 1 茶匙盐)里 20 分钟。
