东坡肉 RICE COOKER – Chinese Braised Pork Belly Recipe

材料: 五花肉, 姜片(10片), 一束青葱, 蒜(8粒)。

酱料: 酱清(4Tbps), 绍兴酒(2杯), 糖 (2 Tbps), 红曲酿 (2 Tbps) + 水 (过滤去渣)。

Optional : 紅麴 (红曲 Red Yeast Rice) 染红色 。或 用黑酱油 (老抽) 代替。

Note: 过期或存放不好的 紅麴米 会产生有毒的橘霉素(Potamycin), 伤肾伤肝。为了安全起见, 我用罐装的紅麴酿。开罐后, 记得存放在冰柜。

Pressure Cooker: ~ 30 mins

Rice Cooker: ~ 2 hours
