手指 + 脚指配合呼气 按摩养生

中医/ 西医 都同样的原理: 手/脚指甲 角边缘的 ()交感神经 (Para)Sympathetic nerves

根据各不同病情按相关 (ref 下图) 手/脚 的 拇指 (eg. 咳嗽, 哮喘) / 食指 (消化系统, 便秘)/ 中指 / 小指 (eg. 高血压 / 糖尿 /更年期)。

按捏(pinch)到有一点点痛。

  • 每天三次
  • 每指 按 10下 – 20下 (30 secs – 1 min)

练习呼吸 Tips:

1. 呼气时 (exhale, 肚子扁 flatten stomach, 像气球泄气 baloon loses air), 用力按!

2. 吸气时 (inhale, 肚子胀像气球饱满 baloon inflated), 不用力按!

[Tip: blow off (呼出) the bad qi (气) while flattening stomach by losing stomach air, imagine through your finger end where you pinch hard concurrently.]

Summary:
1. 呼气 exhale (肚子收扁 flatten stomach)
=> 用力按 (pinch hard) 👍

2. 吸气 inhale (肚子鼓胀 inflate stomach)
=> 不用力 按 (relaxed, no hard pinch)。

小 手/脚 指 (little fingers) 走 “心苞经”( equivalent ~ “CPU Bus”) 的 出口 (Exit Point) , 管很多内脏失调 (Internal Organ’s I/O Functions) 的毛病 (高血压, 糖尿, 更年期, 头脑, 肾, …).

食指 (hand / foot 2nd fingers, aka “Eat Food Finger” by our clever Chinese ancestors) 管 “食 / 吃” 的消化系统 digestive organs (肠胃 溃疡, 便秘)。

注意:

第4 手/脚 指 = 无名指 (ring fingers) => 无交感神经 => 无用 (useless) => 不按 !
