How to fry the perfect pork chop

1) Chinese Pork Chop with Ketchup Sauce

Pork: use back knife to chop the pork (both sides)

Seasoning: water 4 Tbps, corn starch 3 Tbsp, garlic, cooking wine (2 tsp). season the pork by soaking in the mixture.

Frying: Medium heat oil. Pad off the pork chop from extra sauce . Fry 2-3 mins each side. Cut open the meat a bit to be sure well cooked. Add Salt+ pepper.

Ketchup Sauce: Sliced Onions, a bit of ginger,( lower heat), Ketchup 3 Tbsp, wine 1 Tbsp, Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp, Sugar 1 Tbsp, water.

Decor: spring onion.
