水煮茄子不黑

茄不黑的秘诀: 水沸, 用盘 (勺子)把茄压水中, 不让接触空气 (防氧化变黑), 水煮三分钟。

沾料: “三合油”
2 Tbps 黑/白醋
1 Tbps 麻油/辣椒油 + 1 Tbps 鱼露/酱油
