湿面和干面煮法

干面(挂面)方法:

  1. 煮水至冒小气泡
  2. 改中小火,放入面,筷子稍搅动
  3. 水开后,加一碗凉水,继续煮
  4. 水再开,面就煮好了。

熟面(湿面)方法:相反

  1. 水先煮开加一tsp盐
  2. 放入面, 筷子稍搅动
  3. 3分钟就可出锅。
