2. Shreded Egg Fried Rice
3. “Rojah” (mixed veggies, meat) Fried Rice
Martin Yan’s tips:
1. Fried Garlic.
2. Good chef avoids soya sauce, only salt to taste.
3. Use 1-day-old rice.
