  • 4 (fingers) to 3 (inches) ,
  • thumb up is 1 (inch)

Music Pond" 曲池 Effective to lower blood pressure (press 60 times, 3x per day)

Hiccup 合谷穴

Back pain 委中穴

Leg cramp : 承山穴

Leg cramps suddenly during sleep is painful which you can’t do anything, but press the 承山穴 (behind the leg muscle, press hard at the “moutain valley” point) would relieve the pain quickly.
