注意:

  1. 茭白有草酸,要焯水去掉。
  2. 处理法 / 什么人忌吃

切花: 对半切两半,交差不同方向两面切花纹。

IV. 茭白笋𢇁冬粉炒蛋絲

重点:

  • 一小片姜,切成细末 (若隐若无的姜味道)
  • 冬粉
  • 白香油 (不可用黑芝麻油)
