傅培梅 -糖醋全魚

傅培梅是台湾的 “Julia Child”.

材料

  1. 黄花鱼 (Yellow Cloaker)
  2. 太白粉 / 面粉
  3. (糖+醋) + 水 (2倍)
  4. 热油 :炸鱼 2次, 鱼肉才会脆
