蕃薯(地瓜)叶 健康菜

蕃薯叶 (地瓜叶) 容易种, 可以爬满草地, 或让它爬高上篱笆。

好处: (Potassium) 降血压, (Vitamin A)眼, 便秘, 抗癌, 更年期, 母奶…

标题: “千万别吃地瓜叶”指 : 肠胃消化不好, 肾病者 不要吃。

炒秘诀: 1) 去掉 叶梗表纤维, 2) 水燙过才不会炒黑。

Taiwan President Chef 阿基师 “古早”味: 1) potato 切丝, 过油 (保护 蕃薯叶 不会黑); 2) 水多给叶吸汤汁;  3) “味道层次感” 蒜分2份 : 1份爆香 五花肉, 一份生蒜 上菜最后加入 。

3rd method: quickest 1) 先汆烫 (+白醋), 炒菜; 2) 爆蒜片, 辣椒, 蚝油, 胡椒粉, 淋在(1)。

Coriander Planting from Seeds

Seeds: separate 2 portions (reason: phase 1 and phase 2 of harvest)

  1. whole seeds : take longer to germinate 
  2. half-split seeds : 2x faster to germinate than whole seeds

Planting:

  1. Spread evently both seeds on the surface of soil. 
  2. Cover them again with a thin layer of soil.
  3. Water till the soil is fully moist.  Make sure good drainage to flow out excess water.
  4. Cover the pot with plastic paper (green house effect). Leave it at a place with sunlight.
  5. Germination takes One week. 5 weeks later ready for harvest.
