快熟面:
– 用 >70C的烧水川汤(blanch)溶解干面的油和蜡。水丢掉。
– 重新煮另一锅水。 待水滚后, 才加入面。

不要用包装里的调味料。自配健康的酱料:
Throw away the powder packages, prepare the following easy home-made sauce:

酱料 :
鱼露 1/2 茶匙
黑醋 1 茶匙
江鱼仔上汤 1-2 茶匙
叁芭辣椒酱/番茄汁 1 汤匙
(猪渣 1 茶匙)
猪油/葱油 1 茶匙

電鍋煮泡麵 Cook Instant Noodles with Electric Cooker / Lunch Box

You can also use Sota Electric Lunch Box instead to cook instant noodle likewise.

This gentleman has 2 important tricks to cook instant noodles :

1. Wet the entire instant noodles cake under running tap water first, then immerse the cake in the bowl filled partially with water.

2. The external cooker is only filled with half cup of water for shorter cooking time: to avoid noodles being overcooked and soggy.

Note:
1. You can add chicken stock instead of water into the internal bowl containing the food and noodles. Reduce the unhealthy ‘Ajinomoto’ powder which comes with the instant noodles package.
2. Add some green vegetables (Bak Choy 小白菜), carrots, cauliflowers, if you don’t like spicy korean kimchi.
