油饭 Glutinous Rice

Dr. (GP) Leslie Tay shows 油饭 (Glutinous rice) made in ONLY 1 hour by pressure cooker.

油饭 is cooked by Hokkien families to celebrate new born baby (弥月 1-month old). In Kampong old days, we distributed it to all neighbours, together with 2 red hard-boiled eggs.

The super nice fragrance if fry with black sesame oil.
