You can replace Spanish Rice (available at Cold Storage) by short-grain Japanese rice (松鹤 牌), Spanish sausage by Chinese sausage (腊肠). I prefer tomato sauce (canned tomato paste with some fresh tomato cut into small slices), then the Paella colour will be more appetising reddish (rather than yellowish like Pineapple rice).
Very difficult to find good Seafood Paella in Singapore. If they were found, they are either too oily, or rice too soggy.
Best eat with mussels.
Use short grain rice: The Japanese rice (松鹤牌@ NTUC Supermart) comes close to the real Paella rice.
