茶的四重境界 4 Levels of Tea

English tea was smuggled from China Fujian (aka Hokkien) province WuYee mountain (武夷山).

The French Jesuit priests doing missionary there called it “Thé” (Fujian dialect pronunciation). English learnt from French but pronounced it wrongly to “Tea”.

Note: The Beijing Mandarin and Japanese both pronounce it as ‘Cha’.

♢热油, 爆香姜片, (蒜粒)
♢加入冷饭, 搅拌打散饭粒, 炒热。
熄火”休息”, 锅离开火位
♢ 分2次倒入蛋浆, 拌饭均匀。让蛋浆裹住每个饭粒。
♢ 开大火, 倒入配料 (各色菜粒)
♢ 少许盐, 麻油, 酱青, 黑抽 (上色)。

♢炒飯時,有一段時間要關掉火力「休息」,讓蛋漿裹住飯粒。
♢ 休息具有重大作用,聖經提醒人說:「你們要休息。」休息過後,就能重新得力。
